Preserving Serenity: A list of Expectations
1. Your Privacy will always be respected. You will be properly covered during all spa services.
2. In the event that you approach an empty waiting room due to a session in progress, please help yourself to a bottle of water and take a seat. We will be with you as quickly as possible and we appreciate your understanding of our security measures.
3. Please be prompt to insure that you will receive your full session time. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension beyond the scheduled appointment.
4. Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Appointments with less than 24 hours notice or 'No Show" compromise our schedule and our business in general. Therefore, clients will be required to pay in full for their missed service. Policy applies to Gift Certificate holders as well as scheduled appointments.
5. Please help maintain our tranquil environment by silencing cell phones.
6. We accept credit cards, personal checks, and cash for services and gift certificates.
